What if your energy worked like a video game?

Hi beautiful ❣️

Have you ever had a day where even the simplest tasks felt like too much?

Recently, I've been exploring a different way of understanding my energy, especially as someone living with neurodivergencies, inspired by video games and the concept of HP, or health points.

Instead of asking myself why I can't just get everything done, I've been learning to ask myself: how much energy do I actually have, what replenishes it, and what costs more than I can currently afford?

In this week's video, I'm sharing how this perspective has helped me approach everyday responsibilities, build supportive systems, and offer myself more compassion when life feels overwhelming.

Maybe you'll find a new way to understand your own capacity, too.

Watch here:

Wishing you a beautiful start to your week,

Brooke

Every day offers us a choice: Who do we want to be? What do we want to create? How do we want to experience this life? I believe the quality of our lives is deeply connected to the relationship we have with ourselves. The more we understand who we are beneath our conditioning, fears, and expectations, the more intentionally we can create lives that reflect who we truly are. Join me for reflections, practical tools, and conversations that help us understand ourselves more deeply, see life from new perspectives, and consciously participate in the lives we're creating.

They're different ways of looking at the many aspects of ourselves – our thoughts, emotions, needs, protective patterns, parts, and so much more. These frameworks are near and dear to my heart,...

Hi love ❣️ One of the biggest things I've learned about emotional regulation is that it doesn't mean being calm, collected, or perfect all the time. And funny enough, I got to practice that lesson while recording this week's conversation. 😂 I wanted to share a little more of my own experiences with regulation, how I began understanding it, and some of the simple practices that have genuinely changed the way I navigate life. Because sometimes the smallest moments of coming back to ourselves...

Hello beautiful! I hope you have been well. There's something I've been thinking about lately. We talk so much about building healthy relationships with other people but what about the relationships we're building with ourselves? Because that relationship is being built every single day. Do I stay with myself when something uncomfortable comes up?Do I actually listen? Can I allow myself to feel what I feel without immediately trying to change it?Can I integrate what I learn and let it affect...
